NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Autism Training Solutions is the online education company dedicated to training K-12 educators in evidence-based autism and behavioral interventions.

Our team is now seeking senior sales and business development professionals with solid experience in the K-12 education market.

All applicants must possess at least four years of educational technology sales experience – special education knowledge is a plus!

Applicants must also demonstrate past success in –

  • Hunting! The right candidate will have a history of generating and closing school, district, regional and state-level deals
  • Inside and outside sales – this position will require both!
  • Managing entire sales cycle
  • Understanding the challenges faced by special education departments and developing custom technology solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Developing strong relationships with both decision makers and end-users
  • Retaining and up-selling current customer base
  • Gathering and recording prospect/client data to enhance overall marketing and CRM strategies
  • Leading online product demonstrations online
  • Exhibiting and presenting at local, state, regional and national autism and special education conferences
  • Working with account managers to support ongoing client needs
  • Recording all lead and account data through Salesforce
  • Creating and implementing territory sales plans – strategies, budgets/expenses and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborating with management to develop school-based marketing and sales strategies

CONTENT DEVELOPERS/SCRIPT WRITERS

Autism Training Solutions LLC is seeking professionals to serve as content developers/script writers in a variety of subjects and lengths.

Full Trainings (5,000-7,000 words)

  • Teaching Advanced Social Skills
  • Group Instruction
  • Developing an Effective Classroom for Students with ASD
  • Teaching Expressive Language/Tacts
  • Teaching Conversational Language/Intraverbals
  • Augmentative Communication

Mini Trainings (2,500-5,000 words)

Qualifications
Script Writers must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) that was conferred in education, behavior analysis or other natural science or human services
  • Five (5) years experience and training in topic area
  • Writing and editing skills

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

  • Defining training objectives
  • Presenting and sequencing concepts in an understandable and relatable way
  • Creating test questions to pair with training script
