In 2008 Emaley McCulloch co-founded Autism Training Solutions, LLC. With more than 15 years experience in the field of autism and ABA, she has directly serviced over 70 children between the ages of 18 months to 24 years in homes, schools and clinical settings. For the past 8 years she has been a consultant and supervisor at agencies based in Hawaii and Japan where she has trained groups of professionals and parents. Emaley’s passion is staff training, dissemination of evidenced-based interventions, film and videography and using technology in the field of behavior analysis and special education.
Amy Wiech M. Ed. BCBA Co-Founder and Clinical Director
Faced with the constant challenge of training and ensuring competencies of staff, professionals and parents in the plethora of topics and content areas related to autism, Amy Wiech co-founded Autism Training Solutions, LLC in 2008. She has over 16 years experience and thousands of hours of training in the field of autism and ABA as well as experience in teaching autistic children in preschool and elementary settings. She has worked directly with over 50 individuals with autism spectrum disorders between the ages of 19 months to 21 years.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Education in Special Education with emphasis in Behavior Analysis from University of Hawaii. She has been blessed with many renowned and talented mentors who have helped shape her into the professional she is today. Amy has consulted with, trained and supervised large groups of staff at many agencies including the Department of Education, and Easter Seals in Hawaii for the past 10 years. She has also presented at many conferences and provided trainings related to Autism Spectrum Disorders and interventions for ASD. Currently, she is the Clinical Director for Autism Behavior Consulting Group, Inc. (ABC Group) which she founded in 2004.

Beginning her career as a marketing consultant in the specialty field of online brokerage, Janet guided behemoths such as Bank of America, Fidelity, Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch on their online retail product and marketing strategies. Itching for an overseas opportunity, Janet left New York City for Australia where she challenged the country's traditional online banking operations. Combining her financial services experience with her passion for the start-up world, Janet returned to New York City as the head of business development at an education start-up, focusing on strategic online licensing and distribution partnerships.
Thoroughly impressed with the Autism Training Solutions’ team ambition and eTraining system, she joined the organization in 2009. While Janet’s duties are numerous, she is most excited about introducing autism eTraining to professionals within businesses, schools and universities.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas and MBA from Melbourne Business School in Australia.
Annie Collins-Castillo BA, BCaBA - Production Manager
Annie has been working with individuals affected by autism since 1999. Her passion is to improve the lives of these individuals and has driven her professional and academic endeavors utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis. Annie has worked directly with clients in Oklahoma, California, Hawaii, and Japan and supervised at a clinic in Hawaii leading a team of behavior therapists. She looks forward to impacting the largest number of individuals by working with Autism Training Solutions.

Jeff joined the Autism Training Solutions team in August of 2010. He earned a Bachelors Degree from Kent State University, as an advertising major and marketing minor. After getting his start with the Pennzoil-Quaker States marketing department, he made the transition into outside sales. For the last eight years, Jeff has been helping clients achieve their goals and streamline operations by implementing programs that maximize their potential across a wide range of industries. This philosophy goes hand in hand with the goals of ATS.

A background in the technology and software industry led Treasure toward the innovative eTraining platform at Autism Training Solutions. With over 13 years of experience in sales and marketing development, she quickly recognized the importance for companies to simplify training and add value while reducing overhead costs. She returns back to the Island of Oahu to join the ATS Team to help build awareness and implement eTraining platforms nationwide.
Originally from the State of Michigan, where Treasure obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, she escaped the snowy winters and moved to Hawaii in 2007 to attend the graduate program at Hawaii Pacific University. As a Business Development Consultant at ATS, she looks forward to helping organizations improve training environments.
Treasure is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds her MBA in Organizational Development and Change Management.
Zach Thomson, Cinematographer
Zach leads the ATS production team with a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and ability through his extensive experience in the film industry. He has experienced all facets of the production process having worked his way up from small-scale productions as a Producer's Assistant to working on major productions as an Executive Producer. Zach has worked closely with and been mentored by illustrious and visionary industry leaders such as Grant Curtis and James Cameron. He has worked on major and minor productions both with his own company, Prox13 Productions, and with major film studios such as 20th Century Fox. Zach is passionate and dedicated to the company’s vision of creating educational videos that will better the lives of people affected by autism.
